Inclusive Theatre Workshops
This semester children will be helping to create a new show _Don't Stop Believin'._The overarching theme of this new theatre piece is to theatrically show how we can move towards a healthier world. The high Theatre Practitioner to Player ratio allows us to facilitate small groups, establishing foundations for strong relationships within our community. In this setting, children regularly showcase their theatrical activities in front of each other which helps build confidence so that they are ready to perform to a wider audience at show time.
In addition, guest scientists and artists workshop with the Players on themes related to the upcoming show inspiring the children to add their creativity and ideas as part of the devising process.
This semester Players create and devise Don't Stop Believin', a brand new show made entirely from recycled materials, from the set and costumes to the toe-tapping tunes.
