At Chickenshed NYC, our programs are designed as ensemble-based experiences where consistent attendance supports both individual growth and the collective success of the group. We ask all participants and families to carefully review the following attendance and refund policies.

My Little Adventure(MLA)

My Little Adventure is a year-long program divided into two semesters. Enrollment is offered on a rolling basis until four (4) weeksbefore the end of each semester. Fees are prorated at the time of registration. Monthly payment plans and financial aid are available upon request.

• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
• Membership may be cancelled at any time.
• If fees have been paid in advance, a prorated refund will be issued for any future sessions not attended following cancellation.
• For participants registered through the 14th Street Y system, all financial arrangements are subject to the 14th Street Y’s policies.

Players 1 (P1)

Players 1 is a year-long program divided into twos emesters. Enrollment is offered on a rolling basis until four (4) weeks before the end of each semester. Fees are prorated at the time of registration. Monthly payment plans and financial aid are available upon request.

Players 2, 3 & 4

Players 2, 3, and 4 are year-long, ensemble-basedprograms divided into two semesters.

• Participants may join up to four (4) weeks after the start of the Fall semester, and up to the first day of rehearsals for the Winter/Spring     semester.
• Due to the collaborative and performance-based nature of the program, attendance at all scheduled sessions, technical rehearsals is  expected. Consistent participation is essential to both individual development and the integrity of the ensemble.
• Attendance at all scheduled performances is expected.
• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
• Membership may be cancelled at any time.
• If fees have been paid in advance, a prorated refund will be issued for any future sessions not attended following cancellation.
• For participants registered through the 14th Street Y system, all financial arrangements are subject to the 14th Street Y’s policies.

General Policy Reminder

Chickenshed NYC does not offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for missed classes under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all participants and allows us to maintain the quality and continuity of our programs.
